Alexandra Cabri

Alexandra Cabri was born in France and has been teaching oil painting, drawing and pastel for beginners and experienced students privately since 1993.
Cabri is currently releasing the first of two books: Your Light MADE VISIBLE. An inspirational book about the creative process that is behind every aspect of our life. It is illustrated with her etchings. She studied under the master printmaker John Greco, owner of Josephine Press.
Born in France Alexandra Cabri studied in Paris, graduated from E.N.S.A.D (Ecole Nationale des Arts Decoratifs) and was a graphic designer, AD for the commercial industry, a video artist and music producer in her early 20's. After 15 years she reconnected with her classical background and started her new artistic journey with oil painting, pastel and printmaking.
Alexandra has exhibited in France, Belgium, Japan and US, in solos and group shows, and institutions such as the Uneo Museum in Tokyo, the Ministry of Culture in Paris as well as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Museum of San Diego.
In 2001 she joined Otis College's faculty for a Pastel class and a Creativity class. She has also taught Art Therapy classes at Journey Malibu Rehab center amongst others for years.
