Jackie is a Los Angeles based artist, therapist, and educator. She is an oil-based painter whose allegorical work places an emphasis on the figure, symbolism and narrative.

As an instructor, Jackie is dedicated to her students’ education, self-exploration, and creative process. Jackie integrates art therapy practices and approaches to her teaching.

“I believe that my students are the true intellects in the classroom, and so, I create an atmosphere that encourages each artist’s unique imagination, expression, and creativity.”

Jackie earned her BFA in painting at the San Francisco Art Institute in 2014. In 2019, Jackie earned her Master’s in Psychology from Phillip’s Graduate University. She is currently working as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist through her private practice Jackie G. Therapy.
