Instructor: Kim Russo
Botanical art is a centuries old art form, originally used by naturalists to explain and document flora.
In this course, you'll deepen your mindful awareness of the natural world as we closely observe and paint several distinct types of flowers. We'll learn to depict form, color, value, and dimensionality to create realistic depth and texture.
This course explores how to use a variety of tools, materials, and techniques through instructor demonstration, class discussion, and critique.
