Instructor: Scott Zaragoza
Have you ever wondered if knowing how to draw well could be taught, or if artists are born with a gift? It all starts with having a firm grasp on the fundamental world of drawing techniques. This course explores a direct link between developing your hand/eye coordination with exercises that provide you with the tools and insights to draw from life.
In this course, students engage with the principles of perspective drawing to formulate a better understanding of 2D to 3D spatial construction. Students also explore a more structural approach to drawing objects. This approach can help to explain how light/shadow ideas can directly relate to developing 3D form.
