Student/Faculty Art Show: DEADLINE EXTENDED

Brentwood Art Center is delighted to invite community members who have enrolled in and completed at least two courses between April 2023 through August 2024 to participate in our Fall Student & Faculty Art Exhibition!

DEADLINES

• August 29: Email EXHIBITS@BRENTWOODART.ORG to confirm participation.

• All submissions must be accompanied by this completed form when delivered.

• Submit your Exhibition Label text using this Google Form.

Artwork Drop-off: Saturday, Aug. 24, 10am - 5pm

Tuesday, Aug 27, 10am - 5pm

Wednesday, Aug. 28, 1pm - 8pm

Thursday, Aug. 29, 10am - 5pm

  Friday, Aug. 30, 10am - 5pm

Further Information

ELIGIBILITY

• Adults, teens, and children are all eligible to participate.

• Participants must have completed at least two BAC courses between April 2023 - August 2024 (in-person and/or online) 

• Artwork must also have been completed during that time.

CRITERIA

• Limit of one piece of artwork per student.

• Maximum size: 

• 2D Works: 28”x34” framed

• 3D Works: Should not exceed 8” on its base

For Adults:

• 2D artwork must be ready to hang (framed or with hardware)

For Youth: 

• Unframed artwork accepted (however, framed work is encouraged)

• Please be aware that unframed submissions may be tacked directly on partitions or on mat board.

OPTIONAL

• Artwork available for sale: 

  • If sold, artist receives 60%; BAC receives 40%.

  • Artwork is not required to be for sale.

Saturday, Sept. 7
2:30 - 4:30 (preview day)

Sunday, Sept. 8
10am - 4pm

Special Reception: 
Sunday, September 8, 1 - 4pm

Pick up of work:
Sunday Sept. 8, 4 - 6pm
Monday Sept. 9, 10am - 5pm
ALL ARTWORK MUST BE PICKED UP BY MONDAY Sept. 9, 5PM.
