We live in an age where it is hard for most people to escape feelings of anxiety, pressure from expectation, and burn-out. This workshop is designed to help us intentionally explore and creatively reflect on parts of ourselves that need soothing, tenderness, love, and care. Participants write, collage, paint, and apply various materials to create their very own personal journal.
Intended as a healing art experience, this workshop will be conducted by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist, Jacqueline Glosman.
