Instructor: Jackie Glosman
Join registered Art Therapist / licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Jacqueline Glosman as she guides students through a series of therapeutic art experiences designed to enhance personal reflection, growth, and healing.
Exercises include group collaboration and flower drawing, vision boarding, and collaging. Each meeting offers a deep mindfulness approach to art-making and creation. Visualization exercises are designed to inspire motivation, explore internal feelings of stuckness, and help us gain clarity and direction. Focuses include the importance of self-acceptance, care, and love.
Students work through letting go of expectations and open themselves up to feeling, observing, and creating within the present moment to create expressive works of art.
